Atención a los huéspedes
Your host Abe is around most days and is available by phone at reasonable times. Abe and the other Museum volunteers love meeting visitors and showing them around the museum and the wider Dunedin area. There are often volunteers doing jobs around the house or hanging out in the lounge and guests are welcome to participate as much or as little as they like. We have lots of books in our library about local tourism attractions in the area and our volunteers love providing information about fun things to see and do in Dunedin. Scenic tours of the wider Dunedin area or places of interest to the cannabis culture can also be arranged. Airport and other transport options also available at additional cost.

Most activities at the house wrap up by about 6pm, except on Thursdays when we have our documentary screenings. If you prefer a quiet evening please book for any day other than Thursday.
Tobacco smoking in the outdoor areas only please, and put your butts in the ashtray. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.
I am a University tutor in Botany and Biology at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand.
I love the great outdoors, cycling, hiking, horticulture/gardening, and comedy
I am very knowledgeable about local attractions and natural history and I love showing visitors around the Dunedin area. We have many hidden gems off the beaten track that most people never get to see.
As a guest, I am a very low maintenance. I just need a place to sleep and keep my stuff while I go sightseeing. I also love meeting new people so I like the idea of friendly hosts.
