Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family/friends trip of 3-4. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and the living room has pullout sofa (full-size).

Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

Age Requirements: Guests under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to Homeowner. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and possible removal of guest from rental unit. The Homeowner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment.

Extra guests: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

Accidents, injuries, or illness: The apartment is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Use of the property: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Pets: Pets are NOT permitted.

Parking: Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle in the building parking lot.  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Compact and standard size cars allowed only (i.e. no big trucks).

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels and any other linens you may need while off property. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.

Weather: No refunds will be given for storms, rain, or other weather conditions.

Quiet hours: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise down after 10:00 p.m.

Check-in policy: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. No early check-ins are allowed. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.

Check-out policy:
Guest must check out by 11:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the property for incoming guests. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was in upon check-in by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. Please leave all used towels and sheets in the hamper in the bedroom closet. Please leave the key on the kitchen counter and lock the door when you leave. Guests that do not vacate the rental property and return the key by 11:00 a.m. without the consent of the Homeowner are subject to a fee equal to one (1) rental day.

Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Place was clean, beautiful and a short walk down the street to some great bars and restaurants. Short drive to Balboa Park and easy highway access to the beaches. Would definitely stay again next time we're in San Diego

Great location in Hillcrest. Close to all the restaurants and shops, with quiet nights to rest. Apartment is perfectly furnished and Shannon is a great host with timely communication

Great place. Clean, modern, great location. Our own parking spot was great. My wife and I loved our stay here. Shannon was very responsive, check in was easy. We definitely recommend.

The location was awesome! We took our first family trip with the kiddos and the hosts were super accommodating by setting up a playpen for us. Close to Seaworld, San Diego zoo, Balboa park and only 30mins to Legoland.

This is my fifth time staying at Shane's place. As always, it's very clean, perfect location and has everything you'll need. On this trip, I stayed 3 weeks and feels like home. Communication is excellent and I've no issues staying. Having a parking space is a treat since the neighborhood can be challenging if you have a car. There are many, restaurants, shops, bars, cafe's and anything else you might need within walking distance. I strongly recommend this place, you cannot go wrong.

Our stay ranks in our top Airbnb experiences. You get a parking space for free, a French restaurant in front and a comfy interior with beautiful molding around doors and windows. Not to mention a great location in Hillcrest. The well stocked kitchen is big and so is the breakfast bar. Shower is large enough for two. A washer/dryer came in handy. Bed comfortable. AC worked fine and cooled the main room and bedroom. Your unit is on the ground floor but quiet. We did not hear any noise from the restaurant (it's only open for dinner). It was easy to get the key at the front door. A lock code is sent before your stay. Detailed area information was left for us. We plan to stay here again.
