Hello there! Welcome to our attic apartment in East Nashville.
When you come upstairs, you'll enter a spacious living room with mid-century modern style. For entertainment there is a flat-screen TV, a Roku with Netflix/Hulu/Spotify, and Wi-Fi.
A dining area is in the same room. There's a coffee maker and supplies, microwave, mini-fridge, and all the cups/mugs/plates/utensils you might need.
The bathroom is a little quirky in it's shape. It's kinda awesome, like an updated hobbit bathroom. If you're big-n-tall it's a little cramped, but anyone under 6' will be comfy.
The kitty-themed bedroom has a full-sized bed and a chest of drawers you are welcome to use while you stay. A cabinet in the bedroom has lots of games and puzzles to play.
The whole apartment is over 550 SF. The ceiling is lower near the walls, which you can see in the pictures. The average person can stand by the sofa or bedroom dresser without hitting their head, but you should be cautious within 2 feet of the walls.

Atención a los huéspedes
We live in the main house downstairs. It is separate from the apartment upstairs, so you will have all the privacy you want. We pretty much follow the hotel philosophy - we're happy to help if you need something, but otherwise you won't hear from us.
Otros aspectos destacables
- If you are traveling with a small child and need our child gate for the top of the stairs, please let us know when you book.
- We are a permitted short term rental property, as required by the City of Nashville. It's not a sexy topic, but it means we're too legit to quit.
Follow the golden rule.
No smoking cigarettes or cigars inside.
I love going to new places and discovering the food, drinks, music, and waterfalls. I usually travel with my husband, Adam. We're in our mid-thirties and self-sufficient explorers. At home, I like to spend my time on gardening and animals. We've got 2 cats and 2 dogs.
As hosts, we just keep to ourselves and assume you'd like the same. We're here like neighbors if you are in a bind or need a cup of sugar.
We really value diversity on Airbnb! We are happy to help visitors new to this country, and we strongly encourage fellow hosts to use the Instant Book feature to help promote booking equality for all guests.
