Reglas de la casa

· Check-in starts at 4:00PM

· Check-out is before 11:00AM

· Leaving the property after the check-out time without prior consent of a manager will incur charges in the security deposit.

· In case of missing the house key, you will be charge a fee of USD 35, which covers the replacement of the door's lock.

· Pets are strictly prohibited.

· Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.. Evidence of smoking within the unit will incur in an immediate loss of the security deposit.

· Bachelor/bachelorette parties and spring-breakers are strictly prohibited.

· Outsiders (or friends staying at other properties) are not allowed to stay overnight.

· The property is located inside an exclusive residential area. All guests are to maintain a respectful behavior around the common areas, and avoid any activities causing disturbance or complaints from the neighbors, especially after 11PM.

· Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the neighbors, property managers, or any security staff, including excessive noise, parties, destructing partially the property, or any behavior resulting in complaints from other residents or tenants within the building may result in immediate loss of the security deposit and in some cases eviction, and no refunds will be made.

· We don’t expect the unit to be left as clean as it was received, however if it’s found in poor conditions extra cleaning fees may applied.

· All children must be under adult supervision in the property and the common areas, specially the pools and beach clubs. No lifeguards on duty.

· The property is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is effective, however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than minimum amount of toilet paper.

· Excessive consumption of electricity (above 30 kilowatts per day) may result in charges in the security deposit.

· The property owner and the property managers work hard to ensure that the property and amenities are in place and in good working order. The property managers will be available to handle questions, complaints and supervise maintenance during regular working days and hours ( Mon - Sat 9:00AM to 6:00PM ). In case of a maintenance problem, the property managers will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund, rate adjustment or any other kind of compensation shall be made for any unforeseen failures such as occasional interruption of electricity, water, gas, or issues with air-conditioning units, appliances, satellite-tv service, and internet service.

· The property owner and the property managers will not be held responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during your stay. Therefore, the guests acknowledge they will be the sole responsible for the unit, and keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the terrace doors closed and locked while absent.

· The property owner and the property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. All guests staying in the property will be responsible for themselves, whether they are registered in the condominium or not. The guest acknowledges that the property owner, the property managers or any of their employees cannot be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the guest, members of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed access to the property. Furthermore, the guests will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management and reservation of the property and to release and hold harmless it's owner or representative for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury.

ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROPERTY RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS MUST BE APPROVED IN WRITING IN ADVANCE.

El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el apartamento super cómodo, prolijo, ordenado. Reservamos 4 dias y terminamos quedandonos 9! El lugar es super tranquilo y agradable. Paola una genia en cuanto a su gestión, la mejor disposición tanto de ella como por parte de todo el staff de 2chicas. Quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía y lo recomendamos 100%!

Esta fue la primera vez que usé airbnb, debo decir que con cierta expectativa. Que sorpresa!.. todo estuvo muuuy bien!..podría decir que mejor de lo esperado. Excelente departamento, de lujo. magnífica ubicación. Todos los servisios, limpio, silencioso. La atención y el servicio muy bien también. Pau fue siempre muy eficiente (y paciente) para responder a mis preguntas, aclarar mis dudas y ofrecerme la mejor alternativa. Muchas gracisa Pau. Definitivamente recomendado!.

Appartement très confortable dans un complexe privé et sécurisé qui comprend de nombreux hôtels 5*, le tout est régenté par le "club house" qui permet de prendre pour 70 dollars de plus une formule repas illimité dans chacun des hôtels présent, les buffets sont de très bonne qualité et le service impeccable, aucun problème d'hygiène dans ce complexe tout est très bien organisé. J'ajouterai un petit conseil pour ceux qui comme moi arriverez en taxi ou en cas, le complexe est immense, bien qu'il y est des petites navettes électriques qui desservent les différents hôtels du complexe, il est judicieux d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer librement car les distances à pied sont longues, j'ai loué une petite voiture de golf n'ayant pas le permis de conduire pour 3 jours pour 150 dollars en plus, un peu cher mais elle ma bien rendu service et fais gagner un temps précieux :) Excellent séjour à refaire ^^

Tao is THE BEST!! Not really any complaints. We only went to yoga once as it is only offered at 8am and being from Vancouver Canada, we are already 2 hours behind. So getting up at "5:30am" and heading to a "6am" yoga on vacation isn't really ideal. :( I really hope in the future they have more yoga times! The pool is perfect for kids... A big shallow area to play and also a large area for swimming. Beautiful views as you look onto the 3rd or 4th Green of the golf course. :) A very short walk from the condo, a minute or 2. We had stayed in Playa del Carmen the week before and went to Walmart for groceries before travelling down to Akumal. I would reccomend stopping in Playa on your way down to get groceries (Chedraui, Mega or Walmart) as the small town of Akumal doesn't have much. It has a small local store for items you might run out of (more beer, bread, chips etc). Tulum is ~25 mins away (more South) and they have a Chedraui as well. The local restaurant at Tao Wellness has a super yummy chicken caesar salad. YUM!!! We also ordered breakfast from their on our last morning... Delish! We saw many people with the "to go" bags walking back from the restaurant to their condo every day. Popular place! On our last morning when my husband went to get our breakfast, the man working told him their is ANOTHER restuarant across the highway at Tao Residents - on the beach!!! We only found out as we were leaving, but next year we will check it out for sure! :) :) We plan on coming back to Tao every year. It has the "best of both worlds" as you can stay and be free in your condo. Or you can take the golf cart train shuttle to one of FOUR resorts and have a swim at their pool. Coba was perfect for kids as they have HUGE waterslides and water park for kids. It was amazing! Can't wait for next year :) :) :)

Best AirBnb EVER ! Wow, it was awesome, the place, the appartment, equipments, the host, services, all ! Thank you so much, we will back for sure. Nous sommes une famille de 5, avec un bébé et 2 enfants de 7 et 4 ans. L'appartement était parfait, l'emplacement enchanteur. A ne manquer sous aucun pretexte.
