This is my honest review, I booked this property for 1 month believing I was going to stay in the apartment advertised on the photos. What was photographed was Block A level 4 + 5 duplex ( level 5 bedroom picture recently taken down) and gave me an apartment on Block B level 3 and unfortunately a hotel is right across from our point of view to the ocean. I had address this issue on arriving in the apartment and the host explain to me that it was a mistake on his behalf that those pictures were advertised and it was the other unit. (he recently took down the picture) I went ahead and accepted it not feeling I had much choice arriving in from another country. Knowing I will stay for one month, internet was going to be important for me and he advertised having Lan and Wi-Fi under the amenities. When I asked for the password he started walking towards the patio and I right away asked him "where are you going?" he said "the Wi-Fi was in the other building (on the photos advertised) and it was necessary to step outside to get a good signal" and that's where I kind of got upset and told him "hey man this is not right" he made his excuses and saying "the internet connection in that city is not fast" again I'm in situation that I can't really do much about. It turned out I had to connect to a hotel Wi-Fi the same one that is blocking my view and he provided me with both the Wifi and password. It was a bad vibe to see this guy actually point at his building and say it was his Wi-Fi when he's making me connect to the hotel. I even bought a SIM card from his cellphone shop TurkCel and have proof that he even sent me the hotel password via text message to connect to the internet because I had complained about the internet few times. He even said he's going to send a serviceman and I thanked him very much. A serviceman did show up but he was only for TV service. Oh man I gotta deal with this for 30 days. He even advertises having a dryer which he does not. I made a video of the apartment and the washing machine because it was misleading. The cookware did not look safe. The frying pan literally has metal skin or something loose on the cooking side of the frying pan. I did make a complaint to Airbnb about this during my stay via app message and have not heard from anybody in regards to this issue. But later I did receive an email to rate a service to a lady named Su and I was never contacted by anyone from Airbnb or Su When I made my complaint to Air B&B during my stay. I did make another complaint when I came back home 3 weeks...
We can see Mediterranean in the balcony. Mama is very nice, she provided another room for us because the room is not enough for 5 people. And she helped us to wash the clothes with wash machine. But, the stuff couldn't speak English, so it was difficult for us to communicate. We can't connect the wifi in the room. The room is big, but the facility in the room is not pretty good, there is no tissue in the toilet, and one of the closestool doesn't work, and there are no enough hot water for shower.
