One stop from Namba, Shinsaibashi and American town, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment is your hidden Rebel base for exploring both Osaka & the surrounding systems - Kobe, Nara and Kyoto. Day trip away then jump home to the beating heart of Osaka!
This is a Japanese apartment so please leave your shoes in the shoe closet by the door. Sorry pets, only human-animals allowed. There’s strictly no smoking in the apartment! Smoking on the balcony is perfectly fine but PLEASE keep the doors to the balcony shut while you do it. If the apartment smells even a little like smoke you lose your deposit!
And finally, the apartment is yours to relax and enjoy but please be very considerate of the neighbors, especially when you’re outside. It’s considered very rude in Japanese society to make noise in the halls or elevator, and also please don’t congregate in the halls or out front of the building! Thanks in advance.
Other than that, let our apartment be your apartment, make yourselves at home! Although we’d certainly appreciate it if you keep the place relatively clean. ;)

I'm a fella who has loved living in Osaka for over 10 years. I dig sharing the Osaka I know, it's such a fantastic town - grimy, funny, delicious. And with airbnb I have a never-ending source of new faces to recommend all my favorite places to!
I teach English, do stand up comedy, photography, draw comics, love board games and video games, drink a bit more than I should and spend far too much money in amazing restaurants - the hazards of inner-city Osaka living.
To me, airbnb should be more than just alternative accommodation to a hotel. With airbnb you're being hosted by someone with a wealth of local experience. If you don't benefit from that experience as a guest, you're missing out on all the awesome places that take years of living in Osaka to find! Which is why I provide a series of in-depth guides that introduce you to our favorite spots, so you choose to explore them at your own pace.
We love Osaka and get a real kick out of sharing all the cool places we know with our guests! I do design and illustration, so in addition to answering your questions I'll give you my hand-made guides and maps to things like nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Do your own thing or check out the Osaka I know and love, it's your choice. :)
