We would like to welcome you to our home for your stay in London. The flat has two double bedrooms with modern but quaint decorations. The main bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with the second bedroom providing a compact double bed and access to a second bathroom off the hallway. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated (and we might add that other flats in area with 2 baths are typically priced over £200 per night). For those guests who wish to hang/unpack their clothes, we have a 2 bar hanging wardrobe with ample hangers and a large empty dress for your sole use during your stay.
The focal point of the flat is the bright and airy open-plan living and kitchen space ideal for a night-in and admiring the leafy tree-lined street. The breakfast bar/kitchen island is perfect for a meal in.
The flat also benefits from newly installed double-glazed windows that shut out the outdoor sounds... but if you feel like hearing the roar from the Lords Cricket ground, opening the windows provide a glimpse of the excitement amidst.
The flat has newly installed electric heaters that quickly heat up the flat.

You will have access to all listed aspects of the flat, as well as wifi and use of Sky on the large flat-screen tv (full sky sports, TV catch-up, news, sky box sets, etc). The apartment building benefits from a 2-3 person lift/elevator.

For your convenience, we provide essential toiletry items as well as clean towels and linens.
Either myself or our cleaner will provide the keys. There is an instruction manual/ tips for your stay to get you oriented in case I am not able to do so in person.

Check-in time is after 2:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am.
Guests may not stay in the property longer than the booking period requested.
Guests must report any property damage as soon as it occurs and will be liable for repairing the damage on a full replacement cost basis.

My husband and I love to travel and began using Airbnb a few years ago. We loved having a bit more space, kitchen facilities, staying in one flat with our parents, and generally getting to know the area better through living in a flat versus a stuffy hotel. We've enjoyed the experience so much we decided to also rent out our flat when we are traveling. For us, London is a home away from home - although we're both British citizens we come from opposite directions of the world.
When we're aren't traveling, we try to enjoy London - the parks, cafes, and restaurants. We like trying new restaurants but also have a few of our favourites too. We've got a handy guide so we can share these with our guests.
