One block from downtown, 3 Lakes Vacation Home offers 4 bedrooms: a main-floor master bedroom suite w/ a private bath, 3 second floor bedrooms and a full bathroom. Ample main-floor living space offers a place to dine, socialize, and relax between trips to town and the beach.
Located on the south side of the Charlevoix Draw Bridge on a quiet, beautiful street, steps from Bridge Street. 3 Lakes is yards away from Restaurants, Shops, Cafes, Galleries and the Round Lake Waterfront Park. Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix are only a leisurely walk or a bike ride away.
You will be comfortable enjoying the summer breeze through the home's large windows or on hot summer days, with central A/C. You will hear the horn of the Beaver Island Ferry and maybe whispers of a concert in the waterfront park. Fresh bedding and comfortable beds will promise a good night sleep after a long day of swimming, hiking, strolling the streets, dining and/ or shopping. Cookout, read or enjoy a cocktail in the sun on the east-facing deck or play a yard game in the lush yard! There is so much to do in Charlevoix: this home is in the middle of it all!

Location! Location! Location! We also love the historic charm of 3 Lakes Vacation Home nestled among other historic homes and mature trees. 3 Lakes is sandwiched between the excitement of Bridge Street and the hushed grounds of the Belvedere Club.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
We, first and foremost, want you to relax, unwind and have an enjoyable vacation. We trust our guests will respect the home's unique character and leave it so that other guests can enjoy the splendor of Charlevoix. Common courtesies, like using a coaster for refreshing drinks, flushing only toilet paper, and taking off your shoes when inside are so greatly appreciated to preserve this old home. Speaking of old, the home was built in 1910... like anything that is over 100 years old, the home has quirks and character. We hope you will be patient with a sticky door or a slightly uneven floor here and there!
Parties are not allowed on our property. We define "party" as the number of guests reported at booking, plus 50% more people. If you are hoping to host a party, we would be happy to give you tips and ideas of other locations at which a party could be held. Please advise that the "no party" rule is our neighbors' favorite and they keep us up-to-date... hosting a party at our home may result in a loss of security deposit. We love our neighbors and we think they like us... please help us keep it that way!
