I was picked up at the airport and dropped off for free so that was nice. I thought this was a home, but it's a hotel. The reception staff was real nice and they helped me carry my suitcase up the amazing amount of stairs to my room. The breakfast/restaurant was good. The coffee shop was good. The wifi was horrible, but that's a problem all over the town, not just at the hotel. The air conditioning was either on or off - no temperature control and it was barely cool when it was on. Sometimes there was no hot water. My room looked nothing like the pictures although other rooms looked much nicer, mine was extremely basic and felt like an after thought. The location is excellent if you want to be close to dive shops, shops, the fish market and restaurants. Overall, I thought it was overpriced, but it was still a nice stay because the food was good, the location was good and the room was clean.
