Very private and accessed ONLY by boat (water taxi and boat rental services are available from Fay's Boat Yard, Thurston's Marina and others). Island contains only two other private cottages which are not visible from the property but within earshot (all guests must respect our neighbors and use inside voices after sunset). Large private dock with deck and mooring. Camp built in 1963, faces north toward White Mountains. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Sun greets you each morning as it rises over the east beach and across the 'broads.' Moon comes up in the same place. Sun sets to the west while you enjoy dinner on very large wrap around deck. On site toys include canoe, 2 kayaks and badminton. Bedrooms comprised of master with queen, guest with double, and very large loft with 3 single beds and 1 double bed (sleeps up to 9 but best suited for 1 or 2 couples and 4 or 5 children). The kitchen holds a propane refrigerator and range, as well as an outdoor gas grill outside. North point beach includes a fire pit surrounded with a deck and a hammock. Wild blueberries in August great for pancakes and muffins. Disconnect and get back to nature with a tranquil island retreat.

Otros aspectos destacables
A chance to disconnect and relax. Little Camp Island is 2.5 miles from the mainland. There is no grid electricity, but a water pump, lights, and phone chargers are powered by generator and solar. Kerosene lamps add the ambiance. No A/C, but open to cool breezes. There is a fire place for heat. No TV, no roads, and no parking. Accessed only via boat. Host supplies 5 gallons of drinking water to begin your stay. Additional drinking water needs to be brought from the mainland. For our families, it has always been a place for fun and togetherness without the distractions of modern life. Lodging sales tax in NH is 9%.
Noise travels over water and guests are expected to respect the neighbors both on the island and on adjacent islands, keeping noise low after sunset. Due to the remote location, fire is always a concern. Controlled fires for warmth in the house's fireplace or a small campfire in the firepit on the northern point are permitted after instruction by the host. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the home at all. Any smoking outside needs to be extinguished in a closed container. There is no fire and rescue close by. This is a no pet rental.
