1) All domestic rubbish must be placed in the bins outside the main gates of each phase.

2) Towels and clothes must not be hung over the terraced balconies.

3) Children 16 years and under must be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians.

4 )All BBQ´s must be operated from the apartment terraces.

5) All dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

1) Only small inflatables are allowed in the swimming pool areas.

2) Glasses and/or crystal containers not allowed in the swimming pool areas.

3) Pool hours 10:00 until dark.

4) Shower off suntan oil and perspiration before using the pool.

5) No playing of football or other ball games in the pool and gardens area.

6) All children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool.

7) No radios or the like in the pool area, unless used with headphones.

8) Dogs and other domestic pets are not allowed in the pool area.

9) All owners and guests should respect and care for community facilities, furniture and other installations in the pool area.

10) Spaces, chairs or sunbeds may not be reserved.

11) Towels and personal possessions must be removed when residents or guests leave the pool area. The lifeguard is authorized to remove these for the benefit of other residents.

12) It is totally prohibited to use lifebelts for recreation.

13) When no lifeguard on duty, use of pool at your own risk.

14) Please, place refuse in wastepaper baskets

La Perla De La Bahia is the perfect location on the Costa del Sol. Peter's apartment was ideal for our family of four with great pool and secure grounds. The property was perfect for our ten day vacation, we will certainly be asking to rent the apartment again in the future.

Very spacious and cozy apartment with a great location in the compound. We had literally not even 10m to the biggest pool in the complex (20m long) and another 50m in the straight line to the beach. Apartment was very clean, towels provided, kitchen was good equipped, with Nespresso machine, toaster, mixer, all utensils and cutlery, dish washer, dryer, washing machine. All standard electric appliances were there. Big wardrobe spaces, good lights, very nice patio with sofas and dining table and view of the swimming pool and the sea. The beds were ok although we prefer a bit softer mattresses. The owner provided all possible information and tips by email prior to arrival and his representative, Alberto, met us on arrival and walked us through everything. The place is perfect for a family of four. The whole complex is very nice. We haven't found a playground for children and the balls games are forbidden (to little open space and close to the windows) so any other activities than swimming must be done on the beach but this was not problem for us. The beach bar/restaurant La Sal on the beach, 200m from the complex, has an excellent location and good food. All other restaurants are approx. 1 km from the complex and the closest shop is 3km away. The car is a must (garage is underground and just steps away from the front door) Summarizing, highly recommended for a lazy, family beach vacation or quiet time for two. We had a great time.
