Expansive open loft space with exposed brick walls for the authentic city feel and a host of amenities - bar, pool table, poker table, yard with pool, and surrounded by nature - to include a tree directly beside the bed that can be opened up to.
Everything. You'll be sleeping next to a tree and be able to see it. There's a pool table, poker table and bar. There's a den area with super comfy couches you may just fall asleep on. Hardwood floors and exposed beam ceilings and exposed brick for that authentic city look. There's a yard with a pool. Barn doors that open and allow you to look out on the neighborhood. A nice rooftop view of the Philly skyline. A hammock if you don't feel like laying in the bed.
There is literally no other place like this in the city.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have your own dedicated room, Internet / Wifi access (with a Wifi Extender in your room), use of the pool table, poker table, old school 80's TV plethora of board games, 42" Flat Screen HDTV, King Size Bed.
Full kitchen and bath on the second floor. There is a half bath on the bottom floor, but it is a "venue" style bathroom - meaning that it looks like it belongs at a punk show even though it's clean. I use this when I have guests.
Atención a los huéspedes
My interaction with guests depends on my guests. I'll give them a guided tour of the space, answer any questions, and be available as needed.
If this is your first time visiting Philadelphia, I'd be happy to help giving recommendations and suggestions. I've been here for four years now, and there's always a new experience and subtle nuance to come across of the city.

That's pretty much it, I'm pretty laid back.
Hey there! I grew up on an Indian Reservation in Arizona, had the good fortune to live in Germany and Romania, and travel to many places all over the world. Now I call the city of Philadelphia home - it's an intriguing little city with nuances and pockets of hidden culture and adventures.
As a guest - I'm easy-going, adaptable, kind, courteous, and you'll have a difficult time finding a trace I was even there!
As a host - I am personable, cater your stay to your personalities and interests, and here if you need anything at all.
Life Motto: I'll steal a page from Kurt Vonnegut's book and say "Be kind to each other."
