Susana arrived with her sister who was already in an
unhappy mood upon her arrival. I showed them their rooms and the
surrounding area great restaurants where to eat and shop. They had 2 quilts on
her sisters bed and her sister complained it was cold in May early spring NYC it can get chilly.
My cleaning lady had just left after a thorough 5 hour cleaning of the apt that
morning the place was spotless and I immediately accommodated her sister with a large double space heater. I also brought her a third double quilted blanket the next morning at 8:30 am. I texted Susanna to let her know that I was dropping off the blanket early in the morning before work so that her sister would have 3 quilted blankets and a double space heater to accommodate her.
The day they left they left (dirty underwear and clothes )in my bathroom
to which I offered to deliver to them and meet them in a taxi on the way to the airport or send to them by post accommodating them even after their stay.
They were difficult and unfriendly guests and I felt they wanted a 5 star Hotel on a Air B and B budget !
The hallways are typical old Manhattan style Apt narrow and used to store
things like Bikes and books. I have never had a complaint about the entrance
hallway, but the minute they arrived I sensed a malcontent and it was unsettling.
I called Air B and B for their help and guidance. And I did everything to accommodate
difficult, condescending and unfriendly guests. I believe they expected a 5 star hotel on a youth Hostle budget !
