Ideally located between Burriana beach (3mins) and the heart of Nerja (10min stroll along Carabeo) with its wide selection of restaurants and bars. Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool. The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views.
Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inches LCD TV and SoundBar for the TV and Music. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic mountains and sea views, perfect for sunbathing and for breakfast and dinners al fresco.
There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between around 15 houses and apartments.
We have just finish refurbishing the house; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. If you are booking for 2016 your will benefit from a new extended kitchen and wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.
The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes walk (400-600m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

You will be met at the property by our local representative. You will have the telephone number and email of the three owners for any questions or issues that arise during your stay.
No smoking inside the property. Many of our guests are families with Children. You can smoke on the terrace.

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalusia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base.
As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. We finally purchased the house in 2015. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home.
In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!
