You will love the location of Collins Street House, a short walk (although with a little hill) up to two great cafes, Red Hill Spa and Zamboo Hair dressers The house is bright, modern with 6 bedrooms including a study alcove as the 6th, sleeping 14 people. 3 bathrooms, one being a very large powder room. Fully air conditioned, wood fireplace, wifi. Full linen supplied for 2 + nights. Walking distance to Petit Tractor and Green Olive. School Playgrounds just at the top of the road,

You will love the cosy modern feel Collins Street House has, it really is a home away from home. There are two large living areas, 6 bedrooms sleeping 14 people all in comfortable beds. Full linen supplied for bookings of 2 nights or more. Modern kitchen. Large caterers bbq. 3 bathrooms, outdoor entertaining. Situated down a quiet street with neighbours so you feel safe. We have set this house up so family and friends can gather in Red Hill and enjoy all the great area has to offer.

Explore the wineries and Galleries and return to the comfort of Collins Street House.

A short stroll from the house is:
Johnny Ripe Cafe
Gorgelicious Cafe, now licensed.
Red Hill Butcher, Red Hill spa, Zarboo hairdresser, Local produce store. Across the road from here is the local primary school with three great playgrounds that the public are welcome to use outside of school hours.

Single night bookings have a extra linen fee of $20 per person.

Less than an hours drive from Melbourne. Fully air-conditioned so you will comfortable no matter what the weather. Plenty of wood and kindling are supplied.

The House is set up for entertaining, it has everything you would need to cater for many people, there is no need to bring a thing. We even have sharp knifes, good pots and frying pans! There are board games, a chess set, back gammon and plenty of toys for the kids.

Early check in and late check out of 2pm offered whenever possible.

A ramp gives wheelchair access and easy access for prams.

A well behaved pet is welcome with prior arrangement with owner, backyard is fully fenced.

A 10 to 20 min walk from the house will have you at:
Red Hill Cheese factory
Main Ridge Winery
Red Hill Markets via the board walk
Petit Tracteur Restaurant
Olive Grove vineyard

We highly recommend having lunch at Petit Tracteur (leave the car)
walk to Olive Grove (2 mins) then walk back to the house. Lovely walk along a gravelled track. Return for the car in the morning. :)

5 min drive from the house is the majority of the wonderful wineries this area has to offer.

10 mins to a number of beaches. Dromana and Rye down one side and Merricks, Balnarring and Flinders Beach down the other. Golf courses are a similar distance.

Please note we have a two night minimum over the weekends, single night booking allowed mid week and 3 night minimum over the long weekends.
Last minute single night bookings accepted the week of your stay.

A $500 bond applies to all stays. This is no used if the house is left clean, tidy without damage and residential noise restrictions are adhered to.

The expectation is that you treat Collins Street House like you would your own house. There is to be no excessive noise at the house at any time and you need to abide by council law of no excessive after 9pm week nights and 10pm on weekends.
No Parties
No schoolies
Single night bookings only ever accepted during the week.
Two night minimum on the weekends,
Long weekends have a three night minimum
Christmas and New Year holidays have a five night minimum
Easter four night mimimim.
No single night bookings without discussing it prior.

Kim's house in red hill was absolutely amazing. The house is ideal for several couples looking to explore red hill, or a large family that is keen to get away from the big smoke for the weekend. Check in and communication was seamless. The house itself, perfectly clean and as described. The whole process was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Kim's house is wonderful! We had a group of 12 adults, one baby and two dogs and everyone had a fab time. Beds were comfy, house was clean and the fire place was super cosy. Can't recommended this place enough for a group stay. Kim was also very helpful which made the whole stay a breeze. Thanks Kim!

Beautiful home that had everything we needed to make our weekend on the Mornington Peninsula for our daughters wedding extra special. We really enjoyed the wood fire in the lounge which was great to sit around and it certainly kept the living spaces lovely and warm particularly as the weather was extremely cold over the weekend. The decor is modern and the whole house was very clean.

The house was gorgeous with nice window features, well designed spaces and plenty of room for a group. All amenities available and the communication with Kim was easy. Red Hill is a lovely location for a quiet weekend away, but with wineries close by for those that want to wander.
