Paul was an incredibly kind host and a responsive communicator. The apartment is in a nice, quiet location right outside the town. It's even within walking distance if you've had too many pints at the friendly local pubs. There is a football club next door with practice fields extending along the front of the property, and a river beyond with a gorgeous mountain backdrop.
This is a good option if you're out sightseeing all day, but I wouldn't suggest hanging around during the day unless you enjoy hearing singing practice complete with scales through the thin walls. You have two neighbors within the building: Paul's family, and the other rental which looks twice as nice for just a bit more money. Unfortunately, we found the furniture very uncomfortable, so I wouldn't suggest the apartment for older people or those with a bad back. Ask Paul for tips before using the washer/dryer so you don't waste a day of your trip on laundry like I did. The wifi is great.
