We have updated this classic "mother in law" unit with vintage design to make your stay extra special. Light, bright, and airy with lots of rustic/industrial tones, one bedroom features a queen sized bed and the second room includes a full bed. The living room has an antique sofa with matching chair. This space is perfect for two couples or just one if you want separate bedrooms.
The full kitchen is clean and modern and has everything you need to whip up any meal. The bathroom has a Scandinavian modern design with a handmade vanity and includes complimentary bath products. Dine indoors at the dining table or outdoors in our shared seating area under strung globe lights.

Located just a few blocks from Central Ave in the heart of Historic Kenwood, this is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Pete. Brick roads, tree lined streets, lovely historic homes, all within walking distance to Grand Central District, a FL designated Main Street. Parks galore, museums, galleries, sidewalk cafes and plenty of breweries. St. Pete has it all. The pristine Gulf beaches are only a 15 minute car ride away.
Take the trolley for 50 cents or even rent bikes. The apartment is located twenty minutes from Tampa International Airport.

Enter through the front gate to access the shared yard. The apartment is located behind the main house, above the garage. Street parking is available out front.

If you need anything during your stay please do not hesitate to contact us. Our schedules are fairly flexible and we can accommodate most requests. We live in the front house and work from home most days.
We can be around as much or as little as you prefer. We would love to offer you our favorite spots for food and drink. Our cat Murphy lives in the back yard and she is very friendly to everyone she meets. She is strictly an outside cat and will not be in the apartment but may greet you as you come and go.

We are always working on this lovely historic property but as such, some areas might be less visually pristine than others. We also sell vintage furniture so there might be a few pieces here and there. Thanks for your understanding.

The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. This is a residential neighborhood and we live in the main house on the property. Please be considerate of noise levels during the evening and early morning hours. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 people. The apartment is ideal for mature couples/friends but not suitable for children.
