Beautiful rancher on a private cull-de-sac with acreage. Hardwood floors, open concept, master bedroom with large 4 piece on-suite, walk in closet. Two other large bedrooms, and a den, bbq, biking, fishing & golfing right in the neighbourhood.
The house is non-smoking, with no partying or large gatherings allowed. Yes you can have a family gathering, but this is not allowed to be large and noisy and bother the neighbours. There is to be no partying. There must be no loud noise outside after 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and no loud noise outside after 11 pm Friday and Saturday. My sisters live immediately behind the property and if this is not adhered to, then you will be given one warning (via phone so answer the house phone) and if the noise doesn't stop you will be removed from the house by myself and the RCMP. This is non-negotiable! And no funds will be refunded. Additionally the street is a quiet cull-de-sac and you must drive under 30 km per hour on the small entrance road.
A pet is allowed if well-behaved and with prior approval - we must discuss this. (more than one pet may be approved - depending on age, behaviour, etc.) A pet damage deposit will be discussed. Additionally the house is not fenced and therefore your pet must be on a leash at all times or tethered. They are not allowed to run free and bother the neighbours. Please note my sisters monitor the situation pretty closely.
I am a professional in the medical field and enjoy traveling and meeting people. Vancouver Island is a fabulous place for all sorts of activities that I enjoy such as biking, hiking, golfing, kayaking, skiing etc. I love comedies and adventure movies and all sorts of foods!
