Our units have the charming, and much sought after, Mexican architectural style. After all, you want to feel like you're somewhere special. The suite has undergone a dramatic expansion and improvements on the lower level. We've added a cabana/bedroom as well as a luxe private outdoor shower with wash basin, outdoor cooking area, and added many potted plants and outdoor furniture which help create a veritable outdoor oasis. We've also re-tiled the master bedroom and bathroom. New pics soon.
The unit features two levels: the first level has 2 single beds in common area (which can easily be pushed together to form a king size bed if you wish) as well as living space with dining table and living room area. It also features a full bathroom as well as well appointed kitchen. The lower garden level features the master bedroom with king bed and full private bathroom and garden access. The cabana has two twin day beds which can be converted to a queen size bed. There is also a luxe private outdoor shower with sink. The terrace is well appointed with plants, a small cooking area and outdoor seating for comfortable lounging and dining. We also have two other units in the same building. Copy and paste link below:

Our property management company, PALMERA VACATIONS, will have a concierge greet you at the property upon your arrival and will happily share with you all the information you'll need for your stay. They also have a variety of vacation services on offer should you require. They are easily reached by phone or e-mail, and are located minutes away should you be in need of assistance. PLEASE NOTE THAT ARRIVALS between 8:00PM and 11:00PM will be charged a $20 usd. ARRIVALS and CHECK OUTS between 11:00PM and 6:00am will be charged a $40 usd. CHECK OUTS between 6:00AM and 8:00AM will be charged $20 usd. The fee is payable directly to the concierge doing your check in or out. Thank you for your understanding.
Otros aspectos destacables
We've paid particular attention to bedding, towels and bathroom amenities (body wash liquid soap and shampoo) and only provide what we would normally use ourselves. For those of you on extended stays, once-weekly housekeeping service is provided free of charge or a mid-stay cleaning for a stay of 7 nights or more. Beach towels are provided! For those with mobility issues: there are stairs of 150 steps to/from the beach.
As all three units are within the same building in a safe , quiet and respectful neighbourhood, we expect our guests to behave accordingly. SMOKING permitted outside spaces only please.
We're two guys from Montreal who were charmed by Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone back in 2014 so we decided to take the plunge and buy a little piece of paradise in sunny Mexico. We tend to shy away from the modern Miami style condos so it's no surprise that we fell in love with the Mexican architectural decor of our building. The house has had many transformations in the last 20 years or so and it's last major expansion took place in 2000 and gave it it's present day charming feel. 3 individual units:

Having travelled extensively for many years and stayed in many hotels and apartments around the globe, we understand the importance of a clean, comfortable and safe place when travelling.
