The kitchen is fully furnished and you can lots of options to sit and eat.
All linen is provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer, and iron and ironing board. Dish washer, oven, fridge and microwave comes with the fully equipped kitchen.

You will have full access to the apartment. There will be some our stuff in boxes out of reach on top of wardrobes, however, there is plenty of space for your clothes, luggage etc, please use freely.
When you arrive at 72 Wellesley St, you will see the main entrance called Kingsbridge apartments. Use the door code 1957# to enter. In the lobby, you'll see blue mail boxes. Our cleaner will place the key in letterbox 3B. This letterbox remains unlocked. Please return key to this letterbox when you check out by 11am.
Take the lift to floor 3. Walk along the corridor, and keep walking along the next corridor. Apartment 3B is on your left.
For day to day, the best entrance is on 125 Hobson Street, as the lift is just next to our apartment.
In an emergency, or if there is a fire alarm. Please exit the building calmly via the stairs located directly in front of the Hobson st lifts. You MUST leave during an evacuation otherwise NZ Fire Service will send rescuers. The building has CCTV for security, and an alarm directly outside 3B. There's also a fire extinguisher on the wall.

The floors cannot tolerate water. You can mop the floors but please close the window and sliding door before you leave so the rain doesn't come inside.
Please note this property is listed for two people. Additional guests are welcome (maximum 4 people total) and are $30 per person per night. Don't forget kids are people too...but we're happy to discuss a different rate for them.
We have no problems with our neighbours, but you can contact the friendly building manager if you need any help while you're here.

Sandy is an energetic Event Organiser who loves living in the city centre. Craig is living the dream working from home for himself. We both enjoy exploring Auckland's many walks, beaches, parks and gardens, as well as finding cheap eats!
We both love travelling and between the two of us, speak half a dozen languages.
Sandy's hobbies include Toastmasters, cooking for crowds, planning events and cleaning!
Craig's hobbies include Kung Fu, travelling, watching any and all movies and reading.
We love hosting our friends from overseas. Sandy has lived in Wroclaw and Prague, and Craig in Madrid and London. We've just traveled to Cambodia and Vietnam, and we're looking forward to visiting Europe next year!
