This apartment is located on the third floor of a historic walk-up. The 1890s/early 20th century architecture is stunning, including detailed crown molding and golden mirror frames. As the only apartment on the third floor, the space offers great privacy. Enjoy a view of the park from the dining table, office space, and kitchen.
The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms, one kitchen, one dry bar, and two large bathrooms. In one room you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed, a music studio with an electric piano, and a full bathroom. In the other room you'll find another bathroom, two cozy couches, a dining area, an office space, and the entryway to the kitchen. Each room has its own TV and air conditioner.
-Two 32" TVs
-Books and magazines
-Pots, pans, dishes, & utensils
-Towels and essentials (shampoo & soap)
The building has a washer and dryer in the basement which operate with coins. There are also laundromats and dry cleaners located close-by.
This apartment is incredibly private. It's the only one on this floor! Neighbors are kind and quiet, so you'll enjoy a restful stay.

I am a doctoral candidate in orchestral conducting in residence at the Peabody Institute here in Baltimore. I grew up in California, and moved to Baltimore about 2 years ago -- I have to say, I now realize that Baltimore is easily one of the most underrated cities in the country!
Hope to meet you soon!
