It's a great unit for families with young children since it's so close to the beach and has the grassy area for kids to play. It's directly across from the beach, and a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby.

Late checkouts cannot be guaranteed in advance- if you have a late departing flight, we recommend you book an extra night to allow your family to fully enjoy your last day on Maui, then return to the unit to shower and prepare for the trip back home. This unit is often booked with back-to-back departure/arrivals, making the possibility of late checkouts after the time of booking rare.

Past 11 am: Extend to 12 or 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability
Past 1 pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 4 pm departure

We understand sand can be unavoidable while spending a day at the beach, however sand damages furniture, the unit’s floors and is very hard on the plumbing, so please make an effort to bring as little as possible into the unit.
Please shake out your towels and RINSE off all sand from your body & feet, prior to entering the unit.
Please be respectful of our condo & treat it as if it was your own home.
If excess sand is found inside the unit an extra cleaning fee may apply.
*Please try to take out the trash daily as the tropical weather of Hawaii causes trash to rot quickly, leaving an unpleasant odor in the unit.
