Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Security Deposit is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements including not cleaning the BBQ after use, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
All linen and towels are inclusive in July and August
Pets are not allowed
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

I've stayed in many places in Jindabyne over the last 20 years but this probably the nicest I have ever stayed in! Graham was also so kind to respond to my txts and questions at all times of the day and I can't wait to come back next year! I just hope it doesn't get too popular so I don't miss out!!!

We had rented the whole house and for 3 young families it was very comfortable. Furnishings are perfect and the high chair included just made it perfect. From the placement of appliances, furniture, the instructions for the keys to the communication and location - it was all perfect. Its a reasonable distance from Smiggin Holes and Perisher which is where we went to and very close to the Jindabye city center if I may call it that. Although we stayed only for 2 nights, this can easily be a home away from home for much longer than that. We are very glad we chose Graham's place and will recommend to anyone looking to have a place to stay on a visit to the Snowy Mountains.

The place was excellent, more accurate and big enough for 4 to 5 families. Highly recommended to friends and family.. the location are closely to woolis, church and shopping center.. 30mins going snowy mountains. Love to back on Graham's palace for our next visit. Host is very accommodating and quick responsed for any inquiries. Thanks
