happy you liked the place. to be honest you have sent a friend to take over the keys and appartment prior to your arrival. i have explained to him in length how the water boiler works in case the sun collectors dont produce sufficient hot water.
there is no problem with hot water, we had families of 10 staying...without having an issue. i have asked you several times if there is anything i can do to help or if anything needs fixing, so if the water was a problem, it would have been great if you would have mentioned it to me....and avoided cold showers....
in our airbnb house description it states very clearly that house price does not include electricity. we did not find it fair to charge electricity conscious clients (Website hidden by Airbnb) best to charge according to usage, charged by meter, with the amounts the electricity company charges.
the house has two TV's...thats absolutely accurate. we hope you enjoyed your stay and return soon!
