Quinta da Calçada is an enchanting manor house located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Melgaço, the most northerly of Portugal. The house is surrounded by about 3 hectares of vineyard of Alvarinho grape, a few dozen meters from the historic center of Melgaço village, and at 15km from National Parque Peneda Gerês.
A double room with a shower (25m2) with the possibility for a crib. The room has an independent entrance.

As hostage you may enjoy Quinta da Calçada paths, its courtyard, the varanda, the vineyards, and the splendid swimming-pool and its lawn. You also have access to the living room, with TV, table games, and a lot of tourism information.
Breakfast may be served in the living room or outside.
A kitchenette equipped with the essentials to prepare light meals (oven, refrigerator, microware, toaster, coffee pot, cookware and utensils), with a common outdoor dining area.

No smoking indoors.
The swimming pool is not under surveillance. Children are more than welcome, but you have to be cautious with them.
Quinta da Calçada is located in such a confined area that we don’t have wifi. However, if you need internet we may provide the access through a portable pen.
It is important to establish the check in hour. Check out later is possible under availability.
The easiest way to get Quinta da Calçada and explore the surrounding areas is by car or motorcycle. We have place to park the cars.
