The apartment is situated in the historic center and there is no parking under the building and weeknights as well as during the weekend the center is closed to non residential traffic. The closest public parking is at the Talete, a 15 minute walk from the apartment or I can also organise private parking 5 minutes from the apartment with pass to enter Ortigia.
Since the apartment is so central with many major monuments, restaurants and bars right outside the front door there is also a bit of noise that wafts up. As one guest wrote in their review, "it's not a big deal but worth knowing if you're sensitive to such things."
A €35 final cleaning fee, in cash, will be collected when you check in.
No pets allowed.
Trash must be taken out when leaving.
