I am a lawyer. I am married to a lawyer (who is also a retired Army Colonel). We own a small law firm in Cincinnati. We are empty nesters. The top floor of our 4 story row house is rarely used. It is fairly private up there, separated from the rest of the house. It is perfect for enjoying Cincinnati, because it is in Cincinnati's BEST walking neighborhood; prosperous, exciting, and overlooking the river and downtown. Those listed as "comparable" that don't say Mt. Adams--aren't. My husbands sings in a glee club, The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Glee Club. It is like a fraternity of our very best friends. We are out and about a lot when we are home, and we travel frequently as well, so our guests have a lot of privacy in our house despite sharing the hallways and staircases to the 4th floor. We have enjoyed meeting interesting people through AirBnB and getting to know a little about them.
