'The Beer Growler' at 102 E Liberty offers microbrews on draft that you can buy and take home in one of their reusable growler jugs. It's not a bar so you can't sit inside but you can walk back to your apartment 463 feet away and enjoy a beer at home.

This private 2 bedroom apartment has its own laundry machines, full kitchen and full bathroom. One parking spot behind the building is designated for this apartment. Any additional vehicles you may have with you will need to park on-street.

Quiet Hours are 9pm to 8am. This is a City of Savannah rule for vacation rentals in order to allow full time residents to enjoy a normal quality of life while next to vacationing people every week. However, our specific focus is on even later in the night time when issues tend to occur. Do not bring your "after party" back to this apartment to socialize after a late night of bar hopping. Be extremely quiet when you come home at night. We are not offering this listing for drunken groups to come home at 3am like a herd of elephants and ruin other people's night of sleep. We are offering this listing for people who either go to bed at a decent hour or know how to tip toe and whisper if they return home after midnight. Regarding The “Quiet Hours” Ordinance in Savannah
9pm to 8am

You may have noticed in the booking agreement or house rules that we had a phrase regarding “eviction without a refund” if the quiet hours rule is violated. We have this rule not because we came up with it ourselves or want to sound inhospitable. We have it because the City of Savannah government has ongoing community pressure and legal ordinance updates regarding vacation rental homes and their prevalence (large numbers) downtown. The full time residents do not enjoy living next to one long party. The eviction phrase is literally required by and included in the City ordinance short term rental licensing application paperwork.

Savannah Luxury Rentals has an excellent reputation in town for managing guest behavior and not hosting the rowdy groups so neighbors don’t hate living next to registered vacation homes managed by us. Help us keep it that way!

We as owners and managers LOVE our guests and want them to have a great time while staying. But we also understand why full time residents who are neighbors living inches away from our porches and courtyards cannot tolerate living next to one long back to back best night of someone else’s life. We understand why the City has to issue rules requiring us to keep our guest’s behavior in check and allow neighbors to enjoy a normal quality of life.

Every guest is typically here to enjoy friends and family with laughing, talking and drinking until late into the night being a pretty common theme. This has to occur INDOORS after 9pm and even indoors care must be taken not to violate the quiet hours (music must be turned low or off, no rowdy behavior, etc).

If you stay outdoors socializing at night you are putting yourself at high risk of causing a complaint. If we get a noise complaint we will attempt to contact you to give a warning (2nd chance) first but if that does not immediately solve the problem then we cannot risk losing our right to rent for less than 30 days. Bad behavior from one group of our guests can affect our entire business and industry, as well as the owner’s rights to rent short term at the address for ONE YEAR, or possibly forever. So we take this seriously. We can and will evict if a group is too loud and rowdy. Savannah police attend vacation rental evictions and we assure you we do not want to spend our evening handling one of those so please make sure everyone in your group reads this message. Remember this even when arriving home or walking to and from cars late at night. Other people very near you are not having a super awesome getaway with their friends or family. They are sleeping in their homes and it is a regular night for them. Thank you in advance for your respect and understanding.

We have been told that pullout sofa bed frames are not made to routinely hold more than 200 pounds so we suggest the pullout sofa bed be for 2 children or 1 adult. The King bed and the 2 Twin beds are great for adults.

A hotel is being built behind this property. Many guests have stayed here since the hotel construction began months ago and the vast majority of guests have not had any issues with this, since this is a bustling city full of workers and various city noises at all times. However a couple of guests have commented on the construction and indicated I should disclose this. As of March 2017 they are close to finished. City ordinances require the work to be during certain daytime hours.

The following is standard Savannah Luxury Rentals information: We provide sheets, toilet paper and soap. Our toilet paper is Scott brand because it decreases the chances of clogged toilet plumbing service calls and it lasts longer decreasing the chance you will run out. If you prefer thick cushioned toilet paper bring it along but use it sparingly in our older plumbing and never flush "flushable" wipes or other products that are likely to cause a clog.

Mary is awesome and very good at communication. We have been to another place and it was awesome.This stay was not as quiet because of construction which made it hard to park. The place was clean and real cozy.

Love my repeat customers! Colonial Park Retreat has a hotel being built behind the building, but the construction has been going for a year now. Hopefully it is nearing completion but it is out of our hands and many people have stayed and not been bothered. As of July 2017 they are still working but it appears to be close to finished. It does start early in the morning on weekdays.

Very nice top-floor townhouse apartment in the historic district. Has that old Savannah feel. Very near St John the Baptist Cathedral. We stayed with 4 children and the accommodations served us well. Parking in Savannah is a burden, so the private parking is an added bonus (no need to worry about feeding meters). We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, which is the best way to see Savannah anyway! The hotel currently under construction out back makes it a bit more difficult to easily access the allotted parking space, but the workers were very gracious to assist us in getting our vehicle in and out if needed. Noise makers were provided in each room to drown out some of the sounds of the city, but I would consider it a fairly peaceful place to stay regardless. Coded access allowed some flexibility to check in/check-out too. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described. And the location was incredible--walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Savannah (bars, restaurants, and historical sites).

The location is excellent, everything is in walking distance. All the appliances worked very well the TVs and Wi-Fi, it was very easy to stay here.

Great place! Perfect location that is walkable to most of the popular sites. Beautiful and has a parking spot! Would highly recommend to small groups traveling.

Awesome location for Savannah. We were a 5 min walk from the river and city market. Nice quiet place to retire to after being out enjoying the town. Owner is easy to communicate with and provides thorough and precise information.
