Seashores is within a 10-minute walk with a private access to a beach and within walking distance to historic Charlestown with restaurants, tea rooms and pubs.

Seahorses is a stylish House with living area with featured wall fire place modern art and a satellite TV. Features an iPod dock and DVD player, and there is also a work area. A contemporary kitchen,with an oven, microwave and refrigerator and freezer, there is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a downstairs cloakroom.
Garden with seating and a barbecue.

Seahorses is within 10 minutes to Carlyon Bay Golf Course. St Austell Rail Station is a 5-minute drive away, and The Eden Project & Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 10-minute drive.

We stayed at Seahorses for four nights and found the location easy to reach. The house was nice and generally pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and so too the sofas. The Kitchen was well equipped, with a dishwasher on hand (tablets were also provided). In terms of location, it is very close to a large Asda / Tesco which we used for top-ups (we arranged for a home delivery to coincide with our arrival to save time). Apart from this we didn't explore the surrounding area much as we were taking day trips to the popular attractions (Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan etc). There is a small beach nearby (a good 10-15 minute walk) which is very nice and relatively quiet. If you are an owner of an electric / hybrid vehicle then please be aware that charging facilities are not allowed - not even if you wanted to pay extra. It is a shame that the owner appears to have a rather backward attitude which I can only assume is down to believing this to be an expensive affair - which it isn't. I would definitely recommend this place if you do not have a vehicle that needs charging. If you do, then I would suggest to find somewhere more accommodating.

Great house for our family of four. Comfortable, clean and everything easy to use and well laid out. Estate is attractive and quiet. Location is great, with Charlestown pubs and restaurants in walking distance and shops of St Austell a 5 min drive. Eden project was 10 mins drive and Heligon 15 mins.

We were very sorry that we were un able to accommodate Tiange and we did offer other alternatives however this was not suitable for Tiange due to the size of her party. Tinge was very understanding and lovely.

Seahorses was perfect for our friends birthday weekend. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed (6 friends) and the private beach access made it extra special. Sally was a great host. We would definitely stay again and will recommend.

We had a lovely time at Seahorses! The house is cost and warm, with great outdoor space. Sally was great, on arrival she informed me with everything We needed to know about the house and the local area. We would definitely stay at Sally's property when next in Cornwall!

Beautiful, well maintained, amazing house. Spacious and well planned.Would highly recommend if you are looking for a location close to a private beach, nice and spacious.
