Highly centralized one bedroom apartment in Malta's most energetic year round seaside resort. Consists of an entrance hall, a large combined lounge, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open balcony overlooking the main road.
The location of the apartment boasts to have all amenities within 2 minutes walk, sandy and rocky beaches are within a 300 meter range radius. Day Beach clubs, all sorts of restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. Yet, the apartment area is quiet and tranquil.
The apartment is air conditioned, however the place is well ventilated from the balcony towards the bedroom. WIFI connections are excellent and 40" LED TV with international stations to transmit should you wish to stay in doors.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. This consists of tea, Nespresso coffee, sugar and sufficient washing liquid. No items may be removed from the apartment.
The guests shall be responsible for the Property during the Guest’s stay.
The Guest shall take all reasonable care of the Property and at the end of the stay shall leave the Property including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the Property in a clean and tidy condition.
Under no circumstances may the number of persons at the holiday home exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the holiday confirmation.
No pets are allowed.
All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the Guest of any description shall be the risk of the Guest at all times. The Owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
We recommend that the Guest takes out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise including accident, ill health or any other matters beyond the Guest’s reasonable control, as once the booking has been made
You and your party also agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those residents in neighboring properties.
The owner/manager of the apartment, or authorized personnel, may at any time access the apartment for the purpose of inspection of the apartment, and to carry out, cleaning, repair or maintenance work.
Loss of keys results in a fine of €20 per key lost.
All lights and appliances must always be switched off prior to leaving the apartment (with the exception of the fridge).
