Completely remodeled in 2016. Near beaches, West Cliff, restaurants, hiking, surfing, wineries/breweries, the Boardwalk, Wharf, Natural Bridges , UCSC area, Hwy 1 beaches! Cozy laid back house and neighborhood in the heart of Santa Cruz locale. 10-15 minute walk to beaches. Wifi, cable internet and TV. Approx. 1000sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. This house is great for family and friends. 2 of 6 beds are twins in a loft and we recommend only for kids 8 and older. There are no sofa beds.
ALL NEW remodel complete top to bottom. Gorgeous all new everything.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master and the loft bedroom share a wall and are in back of house. The master has a big closet and can hold a pack n play. The loft bedroom has NO CLOSETS. Loft has a full bed with 2 twins in the loft . Must be able to climb ladder safely , recommended for kids 8 and over. The ceiling is high in the room but low in the loft. The third bedroom is a small bedroom in front of house with a window that opens to front yard, this bedroom has a BUNKBED: twin loft over a full bed. This house is great for 2 small families or one larger one, or a small group of adults.

You can access the whole house. No garage parking space. Laundry in garage but there is also area just for owner. Surfboards are not included. There is a small drive to park in front of house

Great surfing at steamers lane and cowell beach (we do not provide surfboards). Near the boardwalk (2 miles) , near UCSC, wineries, wine tasting, bakeries, shopping, downtown, hiking, arboretum, small marine lab, beautiful beaches on HWY 1.
