On arrival, put your feet up, pick a book to read, or go for a bike ride or a walk to the Hilton for coffee. Or why not go skiing at the Remarkables ski field?
The Annexe has two bedrooms, one large with a king size bed and its own coffee table and seats, the second bedroom with a Super King size bed leading also directly to the deck, an airy open plan kitchen with all crockery, plates, glasses, pots and pants, a comfortable living room and a cosy but functional bathroom with shower and heated rail. Accessed by a driveway, the entrance leads to a large hall with coat and shoe racks, plenty of cupboards and an integrated laundry with washing machine and dryer. The whole house is 82 square meters, very functional and modern with the most beautiful views from the deck, itself a generous 40 square meters.
It is ideal for couples or friends, with or without children, and while it can welcome 5 people including children, it is not recommended for 5 adults. Please note that the deck is an infinity deck, meaning that there is a half a meter step down, so toddlers should be supervised if on the deck.
Conveniently located, The Annexe is situated close to the Airport and the Remarkables shopping centre (minutes away by car), Queenstown (15mns by car), the Remarkables and Coronet ski areas, and Arrowtown (20mns by car). So yes, you do need a car to travel and go places.
Whether you enjoy all the activities Queenstown has on offer, or prefer a more relaxing time, The Annexe is a great choice as a holiday base, with the added commodities of high speed Internet and Sky TV channels including Movies and Rialto.
What is guaranteed is a very clean and new accommodation, your privacy, activities and entertainment recommendations if you want them, and a smile when you are given the keys.

Access is made by a concrete driveway common with another building on the property. There is plenty of space to park, and it is essential to have transport as public transport here is very limited.

Happy to offer early check in and late check out at no additional cost if other bookings permit. Pets may be accepted, with prior approval. Extra mattress/cot for small children and baby possible on request. Extra single bed can be added too in some circumstances
•Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state.
•Use the property principally for residential purposes.
•Not damage or permit damage to the premises, and inform the Property Manager of any damage.
•Not disturb the neighbours or the landlord’s other tenants (10pm sound curfew)
•Not alter the property without the Property Manager’s permission.
•Not use the property for any unlawful purposes.
•Leave the property clean and tidy, and clear of rubbish and possessions at the end of the tenancy.
•At the end of the tenancy, leave the keys as agreed with the property manager.
•Leave all chattels supplied with the tenancy (there is inventory check list in the Annexe).
•Not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated in the agreement.
