Everyone has to do something in order to earn a living and feed the family. I am a husband, a father to 2 children 13 and 9 and a son to a 78 year old mother. I worked in various companies for 14 years with IBM India being the last one. After working for so many years in the corporate world in various technical capabilities, I decided that I had enough when my son (then 8 years) told me that if I work so hard to earn money for them, then why don't I spend the same with them. After that incident I decided to quit working long 60-70 hours in a week and do something that will allow me to spend more time with my family. I quit working and converted my old family home into a Hostel in Delhi.
