Via Principe di Napoli is an 18thcentury back street just off the main square in the centre of this lovely 18th century City. Ideal base for exploration of the Via Francigina, Lago di Vico, Monte Cimini. Good bus service to Rome and Viterbo.
A sensitive restoration of a period house with chestnut beams and 1920's marble chip flooring. The original windows with traditional shutters have been restored to retain the character of the house. The cobbled street adds the final touch.

Otros aspectos destacables
On occasions there will be the offer of an evening meal with a good local wine, all at a modest price. As I also travel a lot, the house may be available when I am away; my daughter Erika may be available and is experienced in hosting guests.
I love peace and quiet conversation with friends and guests. I do not smoke and moderate consumption of good wine is normal! This is my home when in Italy, so I ask guest to respect the intimate nature of this space.
