Basement has fully fitted kitchen and dining room, access to courtyard with outdoor seating and dining table. First floor has master double bedroom and bathroom off landing and a single bedroom. Second floor has a double bedroom with two single beds.

TV screen and DVD player in top floor bedroom – ideal for hooking up X-box/Playstation. Wood-burning stove (with supplies of wood). Also a high chair and travel cot are available.
It is an 18th century house. The stairs are steep and while there are handrails it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Not suitable for toddlers or small children but older kids will love it.
Neighbours live either side and it is a terraced house so please avoid loud music late into the night. Strictly no smoking in the house.
My partner and I are professionals based in London with teenage children. We enjoy spending weekends and holidays in this beautiful house in Deal, but when we can't be there we would like other people to make use of it.
