We welcome everyone's feedback, it always helps us to improve our hospitality and conditions of the apartment. I hope you can be so humble to appreciate the advise I will now give you. Not many people appreciate late checkins, particularly at 1AM in the morning when we clearly indicate a checkin between 2-5 PM. Rather than appreciating that we made the apartment available to you at this late hour, you go on by insulting us for not reviewing everything with you clearly until the next morning. Also, not many people would appreciate an early check-out on Christmas morning but this also did not seem to be a consideration for you. Maybe in Vegas people stay up all night and work 24-7 regardless of their religious holidays or family commitments but not here in the DR. For someone that told me has a huge 5 star mansion that has an enormous manual for his guests I was quite surprised at the simple things you had problems with in a user friendly apartment. Also as an experienced person working with AIRBNB, I am really surprised about the pricing issue you mentioned as this is strictly with AIRBNB, not with me. I guess you didn't pay attention when you entered your dates and booking criteria, but then you seemed quite confused when you arrived. I thought that was simply because you didn't get your rental car after I previously advised you no one will give you a car at 1AM in the morning. Nevertheless, it's always a pleasure to have a critic visit us for a couple of days and point out the little things we can do better. Thank-you and have a Happy New Year.
