I have a little slice of paradise in Navarre Florida 4 miles from the beach. I have two guest rooms, this listing has the double bed, cable tv, and desk, in my artsy home with very private backyard and pool. I have a 20 lb small white eskimo dog to protect you. Pease see my other listing for the room with 2 single beds,
( one is a trundle bed, which rolls out into a double, or additional single)
You get to share the home of an eclectic artist, and enjoy the very private backyard w/pool and flower gardens listening to music on the outdoor speakers. We are 5-10 minutes from numerous grocery stores, bars restaurants, white sand beaches, fishing pier, kayak and bicycle rentals.

There are two guest rooms, each $60 - one with a single bed, cable TV. and wifi, a desk, mini refrigerator, and lots of closet space,... and the other has a double bed, desk, clothes rack, and cable tv and internet. There is one bathroom for these two rooms. Also you have access to the backyard with pool and gardens and screened smoking porch. The beach is 4 miles away, a short drive. Lots of restaurants and bars in that area. I have a book with menus from all the local restaurants to help you decide where to go. Fort Pickens is a beautiful place to visit, at the end of the beach road that goes all the way down past Pensacola Beach. It has the old fort, campgrounds, hiking trails, picnic areas, dunes, canons and fortresses to climb on. There are miles of beautiful white sand beaches all the way along this 15+ mile stretch of island, from Navarre beach all the way down to Fort Pickens.
Navarre Beach has Juanas Tiki Bar, and the Pier bar/restaurant, and of course our beautiful new fishing pier. It is $1.00 to walk out and see the sights, or $7.00 to fish all day/night (price includes fishing license.)
Do not come to my house house if you have an infectious disease like bronchitis. I expect my guests to treat me, my dog, and my home with respect and be aware this is not a motel. We need to mutually respect each other's sleeping schedules, quiet time, etc. I will not accept any children under 12. and no pets. The beaches around here are mostly not dog friendly so you might prefer to board your pet Smoking is fine outdoors, and no glass allowed by the pool.
Clothing optional pool if its all females here. Bring or buy your own floats/ beach toys.
I enjoy visiting with my guests some of the time, but appreciate that we both need privacy. I am home most of the time, often doing artwork or yardwork, or cooking my own meals. When my guest stay here for a longer period, like a week or more, we do end up cooking some meals together.
