A beautiful home in the heart of the village. Lounge, dining room with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), 3 double bedrooms, 1 can be turned into a twin (2 with stunning views). Lovely garden & patio. Parking on drive.
1 Vicarage Lane is situated on a quiet lane opposite St Cennydd's Church which dates back to the 12th century. Occasionally wild horses from Rhossili Down will wander up the lane outside our house and sometimes (along with local sheep) they'll enjoy some of the flowers in our front garden! Fabulous walks start from our front door. Llangennith beach (the third best beach in Europe according to Daily Telegraph readers!) is 25 minutes walk away along a country path. If you want to wander further afield, the iconic Worms Head tidal island is reachable over the heather filled Rhossili Down. If you want a bit of city life, Swansea is only 30 minutes drive away. There is so much to explore you will want to come back again and again!

We have lived in Llangennith for ten years and have visited the area for thirty or more. We are keen walkers and enjoy finding out more about the geography and history of the area. We would love to give you tips on our favourite walks and places to swim and watch wildlife - along with various local pubs and eating places to enjoy.
There are plenty of places to visit locally, but if you want explore further away, we can help there too!
We have maps and guide books that you are very welcome to borrow while you are here.
Jon & I are very keen walkers. We love swimming in the sea (when it warms up) and kayaking when it is calm! I play golf and Jon plays tennis.
We have an active social life here in the village and support fund raising and community events whenever we can. We have two grown up children who we visit often, one in Cornwall and the other in the South of France.
I enjoy gardening, playing the piano (although pretty badly) and Jon plays the guitar.
We love where we live and like to think our visitors will feel the same way too!
