This is our home, and whilst your room is separate down the other end of the house, we do share the amenities with our guests. I will always be there to welcome guests, and to assist them in any way that I can.

As we live in the same house you can expect us to be here from time to time. We actually have 2 bedroom available. Your bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom and you will have your own bathroom, toilet and a small lounge room to use.

Please note if another bedroom is filled then you might need to share the bathroom. We also have a small kid, but the interaction could be as small as possible if you prefer.

It is there for the pleasure of everyone. We expect guests to treat it as if it were their own home, and for it to be left in the clean and tidy condition that you found it. Noise must be kept to a minimum.

Absolutely no smoking inside or out and no pets.

Guests are not permitted to bring their guests/friends to our property.

Guests are permitted to use our kitchen and BBQ facilities with prior arrangements. This is due to the gas appliance safety. You're more than welcome to use kettle and and toaster anytime.

Tracy, Dave, and baby William are perfect hosts and their house is incredibly spacious and relaxing. A car is highly recommended and then it's a short zip everywhere.

I'm Tracy 30 years old and my partner Dave 35 years old, we're the parents of our 1 year old son. We both love travelling and understand how important it is for travelers to have a nice and comfortable place to stay during their trip.

We enjoy hosting family and friends when they're in town and would love to make your stay in Brisbane a good one. We love our place very much and would like share with others.
