NOT A PARTY HOUSE! -Noise rules in effect! Loud conversations and music will easily carry into other apartments within our building or disturb our nearby neighbors. EACH GUEST MUST AGREE IN WRITING TO THE HOUSE NOISE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO RESPECT HOUSE RULES COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND/OR EVICTION FROM PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE inside the property, including at windows, on steps, at doors or open patios, as smoke causes lingering odors and spreads to other apartments within CdR. Smokers must smoke outside of the building and away from any windows or entrances.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: two people per bed if a couple or small children. For groups consisting of single adults, our house rule is ONE SINGLE ADULT PER BED, so the maximum capacity of a two- bedroom apartment would be TWO instead of the posted four, five instead of the posted ten, etc.

Have an excellent visit!

I try to approach life as if there were no afterlife. A multi-lingual world traveler, I decided to forsake a very successful career in order to enjoy an even higher quality but simpler life in this wonderful place called Medellín. I first visited Medellin as a university student and it stole my heart. Since then, I´ve traveled to over 30 countries and Medellín is simply the friendliest, most comfortable and overall highest quality city I've ever experienced. Some of my passions include my family, foreign languages, health and fitness, architecture and design, cooking, wine, basketball and international travel. I almost always choose travel destinations where the primary language is NOT English. The depths one can explore and the memories one can acquire can not be easily put into words. Today I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and English and I can´t wait to learn my next language. I love meeting interesting people from other countries and look forward to sharing my beautiful, one-of-a-kind Casa del Reloj with respectful, high-quality guests of all nationalities. When traveling, I want to be comfortable and expect things to work. I've taken painstaking efforts to provide such a destination for my guests at Casa del Reloj. My motto in life is simple: "Life is short and it all comes down to family, friends and memories. So be sure to nurture all three, enjoy life RESPECTFULLY and try to have as few regrets as possible when it's all said and done." If you decide to stay in any of the six beautiful suites that make up Casa del Reloj, we will do everything in our power so that you feel at home and leave with fond memories.
