Bedroom with adjacent bathroom in a family home situated in Didsbury on a peaceful, tree-lined street. 2 minutes walk from the tram and the main bus route to the city centre. It takes about 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Plenty of parking and 5/10 min walk to Didsbury village and West Didsbury which are both full of bars and restaurants. Although we are close to lots of wonderful places to eat and drink our road is quiet and we are also near a number of lovely parks.
The bedroom is very spacious and the bed, pillows, duvet and linen are all good quality and many guests have commented on the comfort of the bed. In the summer or on a sunny day the room is bathed in light and it has a lovely outlook on to a tree lined road. The bedroom is at first floor level so feels very private even with the curtains open. The bathroom which is available for your use was recently refurbished and has a shower and bath and is adjacent to the bedroom. The shower is not a power shower. There is a kettle and facilities for making tea and a small fridge in your room.

The kitchen is available for guests and we are used to sharing it so good at negotiating access.

We have a Burmese cat (indoor) called Jack and he is not allowed in your bedroom but is free to roam the rest of the house. He has his own large space at night which we shut the doors to so he does not disturb you by sitting outside your door miaowing to be let in! If we are away shut the doors to the kitchen and living room from the hall and make sure he can access the kitchen, conservatory type room and living room. It will become clear when you are in the house. If you use the kitchen at night we would just ask that you make sure he does not get out.
We do not wear shoes in the house and would prefer it if you took yours off too but it is not a hard and fast rule.
