Disponible para huéspedes
Guests will have the entire beach house to themselves, along with the private beach. (We are the only owners along this stretch of beach that actually own the tidelands in front of their house.)
Atención a los huéspedes
As much as the guests desire! We live about half-time in the house above this beach house (you can see it in one of the pictures if you look closely). That said, we are always available by phone, e-mail or text message.
Otros aspectos destacables
We have a long staircase down to the beach house, and it can be slippery when wet! So although it is well-lit, we ask that you please use caution and take it slow. (There is a landing with a bench along the way.)
The oysters have been growing for about a year in the hanging purses which you can see at low tide. We will be adding more soon and plan to keep growing these for a while. If you would like to try eating a few, please let us know and we'll find a way!
3 night minimum stay during the summer months. This is a somewhat flexible policy, so please ask if you aren't sure or if it seems like there is a good time to slot in on the calendar.
