The boat was a great experience !! Salva and his wife were very kind and generos. They welcomed us and showed us everything about the boat. It was confortable and cosy, we slept very well at night and felt harmony in contact with Nature. The Sun woke us up every morning and we had our breakfast on the terrasse of the boat. The boat was very well equiped, there was everything for breakfast, delicious fruits, juces, butter, jam, coffee.. and all you need for cooking. There was also very good music on the boat and we were happy to share beautiful moments in this atmosphere. The boat has sufficient water for dishes and toilets and you can take a nice shower not far, on the harbour ! Puerto Mogan is such a beautiful and peacefull place .. We had a great time there !!
Bad experience! Although Salva and his wife put out chocolates, fruit, milk etc (Very nice of them) The boat was not big enough for two Adults to sleep comfortably, one of the beds was half under a shelf! We had to leave and stay in a hotel. We also had a problem with the boat smelling strongly of fuel.I am sorry Salva but I can not recomend your accomodation.
Good lucky.

Salva met us at the bus-station, and was very patient as our bus from the airport was very delayed. We met his wife and friend who helped translate for us. They were very nice and showed us to the harbour where the boat was. It was exactly as described and we were even positively surprised that there was access to a shower and bathroom-building on the harbour. Living in a boat is a much better experience than in a hotel. It was 2 minutes from everything(beach, restaurants, grocery store etc). We went out on the boat with Salva and his wife on the last day there. It was so nice, we went to Del Mar and Arguineguin. And they gave us lots of tips for the rest of our stay in Gran Canaria. We travelled all over the island in 9 days, but Puerto Mogan was definitely our favorite. Definitly recommend doing this if you are looking for a bit more adventure than a hotel room can provide.
