I am very surprised by your comments and will tackle them from the top. The block is about 10 years old so not sure how it can be deemed tired. It is in the relatively new suburb of Big Bay. Although parking in the top row can be tough, there is always parking in the lower row.
I walked into my apartment today and went straight to heater and opened the tap on the gas bottle and it worked. Closing the tap is a safety precaution. My manager who checked you in, did not receive any calls regarding the fact that you could not work the heater. There are electric blankets on all beds during the whole winter and additional blankets.
I had a look and all the coffee that was left for you was consumed and there are still tea bags left. My manager always purchase wine, milk and fruit prior to new visitors' arrival and this is left for you free of charge. I never leave shampoo as each person's hair needs different pH shampoo and the same with skin products. This is a self-catering property and not marketed as 'all inclusive'.
Kitchen appliances include leading brands like modern Siemens Washing machine, Bosch Dishwasher, Samsung Fridge/Freezer, Russell Hobbs Microwave, Rosieres Gas stove and oven, granite kitchen tops. It is fully equiped with pots, pans, cutlery, glasses etc etc. So I am not sure what other items you expect in a kitchen?
I am not sure if the fact that I questioned you after your departure why your party spilled blood on the outside of one of the toilets or the fact that the cleaning personnel told me the flat was left in a horrific state, ensured you to write this review. I am working in the travel industry and I bend backwards to make my customers happy and fix issues when I am notified of it, however I am afraid I cannot agree with any of feedback and felt that you really should try to leave a property in a more acceptable state.
