A stunning ground floor apartment with a spacious cool terrace, facing the large pool with great views. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a sofa bed in the lounge, dining area, bathroom and kitchen. A much loved family apartment. Relaxing!
The resort is a gated community with excellent security. Being a ground floor apartment allows direct access to the pool area from the terrace which we feel is safer for young children. The terrace remains shaded all day long, which during the long, hot summer days is a welcome relief from the heat. It also helps to keep the apartment cool. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people or 6 people when utilizing the sofa bed in the lounge. Sitting on the terrace or in the garden permits lovely views over the 12th and 13th holes of the golf course, the local finca fields and the hills in the distance. It is a quiet and very relaxing environment.

Although we do not play golf, the Jack Nicklaus designed course is reported to be one of the best in the area. We understand that reduced green fees are available for guests. There is also a driving range and buggies available to hire. However, the golf course is private and guests are not permitted access to the course or to use the paths unless playing a round.
The Hacienda has 2 restaurants, including a take away Italian with al fresco dining. There is also a bar in the Hacienda with a further bar in the gardens, with tables and chairs outside. There are regular nightly activities at the bar during the summer months. There is also a reasonable supermarket in the Hacienda. The resort has a total of 18 pools and guests can use any pool.
There are several children's playgrounds in the resort as well as a sports area with tennis and football courts and open air gym.

The apartment is looked after by Dave and Paula of Riquelme Property Services, who live onsite. A Meet and Greet service is available where guests will be met at the Gate House on arrival, the keys will be handed over and guests will be shown around the resort and apartment and how to use the facilities. A Welcome Pack for those who are arriving late is also available. The costs of both services are available on application. A cleaning service at a cost of Euro 60 is mandatory and is payable directly to RPS prior to departure

The nearest airport is Murcia/San Javier about 20 mins drive or Alicante International Airport, which is about 1 hour away. Car hire is available at both airports and is recommended. For the best deals shop around and advance booking is recommended. The nearest railway station is Balsicas, about 8km away
This is a much loved family apartment and the owners would be grateful if you could treat it, our neighbours and the resort with respect. We do not allow pets and smoking is permitted on the terrace and garden only. Babies and young children must wear suitable swimming nappies when using the pool. Any accidents results in the pool being closed for several days!!
