We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse. It was situated in a location with a lot of restaurants and close to public transportation. The home itself was perfect for a family.

Not as nice as photos, tired, do not go if weather is hot, spotty wifi, unit is at the end of a long hallway on the 5th floor elevators (2 very small) only go to 4th so better travel light. Host was great until I had issues and he stopped responding so I contacted Airbnb support…

Emmet, thanks for your feedback and after looking through the communication I can see you did have a number of issues which must have been frustrating – particularly with the Keys and WiFi. I must apologise for these issues and I am pleased you were happy with the resolution, however, I feel your rating of only 2 stars is a little harsh. All communication both before and during your stay was with the airbnb management company Hostmaker, this is often not clear on the website and who, I see, responded rapidly in every instance. Unfortunately, Hostmaker had trouble contacting me personally at that time as I was travelling and they needed my confirmation to accept the resolution proposed, hence the delay. The property is very popular and whilst it is constantly maintained, I accept it may be looking a little tired as it is due for its annual refurbishment in August (completion 12/08/2017). Access details were always contained within the listing particulars, however, I have added the fact that the property is a corner unit with a 20m walk (not sure many would consider this long). Once again, apologies for the issues and I really appreciate the frustration felt – I assure you I genuinely welcome feedback and have always used any criticism to improve both the property and the experience for future guests.
