Bedroom in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in the HEART of Beirut: between Hamra and Verdun. Quiet residential area close to everything, 5 min to Hamra 5 min to Raouche, 10 min to downtown. U will share the flat with me, a Chinese working in Beirut. As someone who traveled to 35 countries, I'd love to help u with ur trip and share experience. I love meeting ppl and cooking for my guests. Not renting it for a living, just wanna meet more interesting travelers and show them this beautiful country!
The location of the apartment is amazing. It's only a few minutes away from the night life of Hamra but keep you away from the buzz of it to have a good sleep:) Your room has its own balcony where you can hang your laundry or smoke. You will also have your own closet with enough hangers for your clothes. I prepared amenities according to my own traveling experience and the feedback from previous guests to make you stay more comfortable and convenient, along with maps and tourist brochures of Lebanon and other neighboring countries also pamphlets of latest events in Beirut. My place feels like home, when I accept ur stay, u r not just a guest, but also a friend I would like to make. Never worry about your arrival time, I'd also open the door for you even it's the middle of the night (I travel a lot and I know the craving for a warm bed after a red eye flight!:)) never worry about forgetting little things, shampoo, toothpaste, towels.. I have them all for my friends ( but I'm an environmentalist so don't expect I have disposable things like toothbrush:)) To deal with the crazy electricity cut in Lebanon, my apartment has a generator during the black out. Also we have sweet water instead of sea water from the tap (yeah, sounds so normal to people in most countries, but it's something you need to consider when you choose an apartment in Beirut :)) One thing you need to note is that I recently got a cute little cat called Pandaroo, but she's only allowed to stay in the living room and balcony so don't worry if you don't want cats in your room (She's not allowed in my bedroom either :))
Disponible para huéspedes
You basically can have access to anything :) feel free to grab a bite of my food in fridge, sip wine from my bottle, watch my DVD on a rainy day when u don't want to go out.... more important you will have access to my social life in Beirut, I'd love to introduce you to my local and expat friends and share our stories of life over a glass of wine or coffee or Chinese tea (yes! I do have a professional Chinese tea ceremony set!:))
Atención a los huéspedes
I'm not a professional host but I do like to make u feel like home because I know how important it is for travelers. I like to host dinner party during my guests stay and invite my local friends, so u can expect some interesting conversation and authentic Chinese food :) I like to offer assistance for your travel, taxi booking instead of having the airport taxi ripping u off, suggestions for places to visit in case u came unprepared:), etc. I have friends in most cities in Lebanon and they would love to meet u for coffee and offer their insight about the place when they r available. I hope everyone come with expectations and leave with great memories and at least one Chinese friend (me!:))

My guests leave very nice reviews as you can see, but I still would like to remind u of the following defects of my apartment before you book so you know what to expect: 1. Electricity, if u know a bit about Lebanon u would know that there's no place in Beirut can offer 24 hour non-stop electricity. Don't worry, my place has a generator to cover the black out but when the generator is on (3 hours during the day), ACs and water heater needs to be turned off, otherwise the generator will be off too. 2. My place is not a hotel, it cannot be cleaned as spotless, so if u find a hair on the floor, please don't count it in the review, I clean the apartment myself the best way I can, but how good cleaning job a banker can offer? :) but don't worry, it's not bad either, Your sheet and towel will be absolutely clean and room will be cleaned before you check in. 3. I have a full time job so I cannot be at home for your disposal anytime u want but u can always reach me by text and I'm home in the evening. There will be a detailed instructions about the apartment sent to you by messenger and hard copies of it in the room. TO BE FAIR, I do not charge extra cleaning fee, I do not charge extra when you have a company, I do not impose penalty for last minute cancellation, I'm super flexible when check in and out time. If u have an idea how expensive Beirut is, u would understand even my place is fully booked it does not really cover half my rent :) Like I said, I'm not a professional in the hospitality business and I'm not doing this for a living. what I can assure you is that I'm trying my best to offer you a good experience and hospitality in Lebanon with a very affordable price. So, don't be too harsh on me :) I do care about your review. Thank you!
I'm an open minded and chill person so I don't like to set rules for people. Just keep the apartment clean and not too loud (there's a new born baby upstairs, shhh :)) I'm not a smoker but u can smoke in the living room, just keep the Windows open
