If you're looking for a comfortable place just off the Royal Mile, this is the perfect spot. It's walkable to most places in Edinburgh - Waverley Station is half a mile away and Edinburgh Castle is a mile away (and a pleasant 20-minute walk, at that). Lots of good restaurants, pubs and shops nearby, too. The apartment is perfect for friends traveling together. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, nice living room/kitchen plus half bath on the main floor, and two bedrooms (one with an en suite) and a full bath on the top floor. Comfortable furniture, roomy kitchen, and Anabel was very helpful when we were checking in.

Great place to stay within the town Centre. The house had lots of room and nice and cozy.

Flat was in a great position close to Waverley station and the Royal Mile, yet it was tucked away so was not noisy. Very good standard with all the amenities. Accommodated six of us easily. Anabel gave us all the info required and was very helpful in letting us leave our bags. Had a great time in Edinburgh.

This home was right next to the royal mile and walking distance to holyrood palace and we walked from the Waverley station as well. It is a perfect spot. It was clean and the beds were nice. The rooms are a little small, but they fit our family of six perfectly. It was one of the nicest kitchens we had in all of our UK travels.

The listing was as described - great house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate toilet too. House is well heated and hot water managed showers for six. House was clean and kitchen contained essentials, e.g. for cleaning (washing machine and dishwasher included), cooking, tea/coffee etc. Location is great - less than 10 minutes from station, close to lots of bars/restaurants/great fudge shop. Host contacted me immediately on booking and again just prior to stay to arrange key collection etc. Also very quick to respond when I contacted them. We had a lovely, comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.
