This brand new executive condominium is located in Calgary's Northwest, just a 30 minute drive or commute on public transit from downtown. Our one bedroom/one bathroom suite offers park views and free parking in a spacious suite.

- NEW internet provider - FASTER, more reliable internet to accommodate many users and devices during your stay.
- Unit now has basic cable tv and Netflix! If you have a specific channel request before you check in, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.
- Dining table and chairs now available (in addition to the breakfast bar!)
- Table and tower fans available for every room. Keep cool in the hot summer months

For this building, there are established rules about conduct in the building that allow everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. Respectful, quiet activities can be enjoyed after 10 p.m. to ensure that everyone in the building is able to sleep without interruption.
Pets are not allowed in the building. This rule keeps the area clean while minimizing noise. Smoking is also prohibited to ensure that every guest feels that they are in a comfortable, clean space.
Prefer adults only. Kids will be considered on request.
