I stayed in this spacious and cozy apartment with my wife and 14-yo daughter. We had the bedroom to ourselves, while our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa in the living room. We had plenty of space for everyone. The apartment also have two full bathrooms, which is helpful while traveling with a teenager. Most of our time in Milan we spent outside. The location of the apartment is superb! On the quiet street right in the center, close to Brera's restaurants and all major attractions. We didn't meet Jacopo, but I had no trouble reaching him by email, phone and text messages. We were met by the porter, who let us in and showed us around. He was also very helpful with directions to the local supermarket, etc.. Checking out was not a problem at all - all we needed to do was to leave the keys with the porter and we were on our way o the train station, which is around 20 min away by subway. The apartment was very quiet, except for our last night in Milan from Thursday to Friday when street trash pick-up took place. The trash guys were brutal - banging empty trash containers and having all those squeaking machinery noises starting at 3 am, or at least this is how it seemed to me. Jacopo mentioned this in his email, but I didn't expect this would be so loud. I guess, nothing you can do about this. Other nights were very quiet. Our windows were facing some sort of excavation site, where there was no work done, so we slept very well 2 nights out of the three. The apartment is well equipped, clean, has vast storage space, especially in the bedroom. It is perfect for either short or long stay in Milan. We would love to return to this apartment some time in the future.
